LOCAL LEGENDS:
Today, Ghostguard fans, we will be beginning a new series called Local Legends, where we talk about events that we find interesting and probably won't have a lot of research on it.
January 1983, Llanilar, Ceredigion, Wales:
About five miles away from Ghostguard HQ, a UFO crashed. It flew through trees and eventually landed in a field. A few people remember seeing a bright orange light streaking through the sky that night, but an entire county away in Gwynedd, where another UFO had recently come down, being dubbed the Welsh Roswell {As, confusingly, is the Llanilar UFO.}
Not many people heard about it, with only one newspaper covering the event, despite being the first {and last} UFO sighting in the area.
The UFO crashed into a few trees then crashed into a field, where it left debris, a green metal that the RAF couldn't identify, some with writing on it. This metal was taken away from the site and removed from the country. I cannot find where it has been taken to, or where it is now.
For more information, a film was made by someone from England, investigating into the crash. I am VERY interested into this case, here is a link to the film made.

Also, one of the suggestions for what the craft was, was a weather balloon, which it obviously wasn't.
